• The recipe is based on a traditional "tagine" or Moroccan casserole – these are renowned for their depth of flavour after long, slow cooking in earthenware dishes.
• Kaweka’s Moroccan Lamb has divine flavours and textures with succulent lamb, chick peas and vegetables and spices. We marinate the tender pieces of lamb for 24 hours prior to cooking ensuring the spices and marinade flavours permeate the lamb beautifully. Delicious, soft raisins give an underlying sweetness to the dish.
